How do I add an event ?

The Suggest New Event form is for visitors who wish to see an event added to this particular calendar. Events entered here are subject to approval being granted by the calendar administrator who will receive an email notice of your request. The event will not automatically appear on the calendar.

If you are the administrator, you must login to the administration to add your event.

Event Category
Select the suitable category for an event you'd like to add to our calendar.

Event Title
Enter desired event title. (May be up to 85 characters in length.)

Your Name
Enter your name. We keep this info, so we can associate_ this event with its submitter, and in case we need to contact you for more information. (May be up to 65 characters in length.)

Your Email
Enter your email address. We keep this info, so we can associate this event with its submitter, and in case we need to contact you for more information. (May be up to 65 characters in length.)

Event Content
Enter desired event content. (May be up to 65500 characters in length.)

*Note: This is a good place to put any additional comments that may assist the administrator in approving your entry. If text is for information only, and should not be included in the event content, please surround it by asterisks. Example: *** FYI, This is the event we discussed at the last meeting with Sally. ***

Start & End Times
You have three options. You may leave these blank or select desired start time only, or select desired start and end times for an event.

Start & End Dates
To enter your event as a one-day event, for example, Today Only event, enter today's date in both the start and end dates. You can modify the date spans according to your event.

Repeat Every
When dealing with events that last longer than 1 day, you can specify which weekdays the event should repeat, for example, to repeat the event only on Sundays and Tuesdays, click on the word Sunday. (If selected, the word Sunday will become highlighted.

If you wish to select more than one weekday (for example, the event occurs at the same start and end times, every Sunday and Wednesday), hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on Wednesday.

If you wish to remove a weekday that was selected in error, click on it a second time while holding down the Ctrl key. It is no longer selected when the highlight has been removed.
